Cross Trainer Bra Fitness Khronos Generator The cross trainer Khronos generator from BH Fitness is designed for intense, semi-professional training and simple, commercial use. The device also has the approval as an ergometer of the HA class.

The particularly robust frame suppresses frame vibrations even during intensive training and together with the generously sized rolling bearings ensures a long service life for the device. The cross trainer is designed for a user weight of up to 150 kg. The flywheel mass of 35 kg is controlled by an electromagnetic braking system with self-propelled (GSG). The Khronos generator, therefore, does not require a power connection. The drive using a Poly-V belt is particularly quiet and virtually maintenance-free. The crotch width is 51 cm with a pedal distance of 11 cm. This allows a very natural movement during exercises.

Training with program
The LCD monitor with a two-tone backlight offers 12 preset programs with 32 intensity levels, 4 individually adjustable programs, 4 heart rhythm programs (HRC), 1 constant wattage program (SWR), recovery test, and body fat control test (BF). The pulse measurement is carried out via the sensors in the handles or telemetric via the included chest strap. The measurement using the chest strap is more precise and offers you complete freedom of movement during training. The receiver in the Khronos generator is of course POLAR compatible.

Thanks to the HA classification as an ergometer according to the standards EN 957-7 and EN 957-9, the Khronos generator ensures an exact measurement of wattage and revolutions per minute. The device can therefore also be used for therapeutic measures.
Other extras
The non-slip XXL foot cups provide support even during the most intense training and help you find the best training position. The bottle holder and the integrated transport wheels for easy location change of the cross trainer after training complete the equipment. As an ergometer, the range of applications expands into the medical-therapeutic sector.
