  This T9 syncs not only with your Apple Watch, but also Peloton, Zwift, and JRNY. If you’re not into this kind of training, you can always just use a tablet to watch television while you walk and control the unit manually.

  The Bowflex T9 offers a 15% incline to help you burn calories, increase your resting metabolic rate, ramp up cardiovascular conditioning level, and build muscle strength simultaneously. In my experience, this is great for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) because you can ramp up and down quickly.
