The ultimate workhorse barbell. Designed, engineered, and manufactured from Northern European steel at the Bulldog Gear Factory, in the United Kingdom. Thermally heat-treated to a tensile strength of 207,000 PSI, meaning the Liftdex King bar is one of the strongest on the market. Self-lubricating composite needle bearings give the bar a smooth rotation, while the perfect blend of passive-aggressive knurl means that grip will not be sacrificed, nor will the hands tear from repetitive lifting.

 

The Liftdex bar weighs 15kg. The shaft is plated using a Black Nickel-Zinc coating and the sleeves are plated with a Silver-Zinc Finish. It is precision straightened to within 0.1mm, end to end, to allow smooth rotation of our graphite composite aircraft-grade bushings. Each sleeve and collar has been friction welded to guarantee the maximum strength possible. To ensure our high manufacturing standards, we have a full in-house testing facility in our factory located in Abu Dhabi providing our clients with updated testing reports.
