Liftdex Hex Bar (Trap Bar): Deadlift & Bench Press | 400Kg/500Kg Load

The hex bar (trap bar) is designed to strengthen the “lockout” and limit stress on the shoulders during the bench press. In addition, it allows beginners to improve their deadlifts without too much pressure on their backs.

The bar is a hexagonal welded steel structure with a handle diameter of 33 mm. The two parallel knurled handles have a diameter of 33 mm. During workouts, you can easily switch from one set of handles to another simply by turning the bar.
