The Live Up Lateral Resistor Pro is perfect for strengthening the hips and the lateral muscles of the leg. It has two cuffs with Velcro and two rubbers in a protective textile sleeve. The rubber cuffs in the product adhere to the metal hook and each pack contains booster cables LS3670 stiffness of these two rubbers. These ropes an be used during training / preparation for most sports.
