Sparnod Fitness SMG-17000 Multi-Function Home Gym – 5-Station Full-Body Strength System

I absolutely love this product. It was easy enough to assemble, but it took some time. I have been using it for over a week now consistently and it seems to be holding up pretty good with no issues so far. I have a small home gym and this fits perfectly without feeling too big in the space. There are endless workouts that you can use this for including ones not listed. The weight capacity is perfect for me for an arm and a leg day, the resistance is great, the machine is sturdy, and overall is not as noisy as I expected. Definitely, worth it, especially at this price point.

When putting the machine together, I found the instructions very clear. The machine is so smooth, and I like that I can do many of the exercises with little re-configuring of the machine. I am out of shape, and this machine helps me use muscles that I don't normally use. The chart that comes with the machine is a good guide to what muscles get worked in each exercise. Great machine at a great price!

I'm writing this review to describe my experience with the SMG-17000. I did a lot of research and shopping for a home workout setup. I watched You tube video's and also checked out the versatility and functionality of the most sought after setup's. First and foremost, this was an excellent buy. For the money your getting one heck of a workout center. This is a unit that has a very robust setup and is super solid and made for extensive workouts.
