WaterRower Oak Rowing Machine With S4 Monitor

The WaterRower Oak rowing machine is skillfully made of solid oak wood with Danish oil finishing.  S4 Performance Monitor is available on it. The S4 Monitor shows intensity in watts, Kcalories per hour, /500m (time per 500 meters), mph (mile per hour), watts per second, and m/s (meters per second). It shows the distance in meters, kilometers, and miles; heart rate (with an optional heart rate attachment); the number of strokes and their duration; and stroke rate.
