I have historically been an Apple watch guy through and through. So used to the cycle of a watch not making it through full marathon training long runs. Once my Apple Watch 7 battery started dying on me I decided to look elsewhere. Originally I thought Garmin, but doing research decided on Coros and I COULD NOT be HAPPIER!

I absolutely love the app interface. As a very active runner who trains for races often, I love the data provided by coros. Some of my favorite features:
- Ability to link my Runna training plan with the Coros watch and it will send me prompts to guide me through the workout. This is such a helpful feature for helping me stay organized! I have included a photo of the workout calendar.
- The sleep data is very helpful as well. Also due to the significant battery life on the Coros Pace 3, you can actually wear the watch overnight and not need to worry about charging it for your early morning workout.
- The amounts of data provided: You get data ranging from running fitness, to recovery recommendations, sleep, HRV, V02 max. If you like to geek out ( like I do, I highly recommend this watch for you.)
- A downside to this watch is that it struggles on the treadmill ( honestly what watch doesn't?). That being said I love the feature where they allow you to adjust your mileage, this way you can just punch in the mileage that shows up on the treadmill.

All in all, I will say. BUY this watch, especially at the price point... you cannot beat the Coros Pace 3!

I love my new machine because it’s everything I was was looking for. The incline goes up to 12 and the belt is nice and big so so never feel like I am going to fall off. The built in brand fans are awesome and I’m excited to try Ifit. The programs look incredible.Thankfully it was packaged in pieces because the box was so large we couldn’t fit the box itself downstairs. It was easy enough to remove the prices to get it downstairs where we needed it.Assembly was easy and it came with all the necessary tools. The instructions were simple and straightforward.All the wires are concealed within the machine which is amazing to me.

I love these plates! After having kids I was looking to expand my home gym without breaking the bank. I found these plates to be a great option.
Are they cheap? No, but they're not overly expensive as some other brands are. Are the "cheap" in the sense of quality? Absolutely not. Going into this purchase that was probably my biggest concern; I'd spend a decent amount of money on a subpar product. Boy was pleasantly surprised!

Great product reasonable price

Outstanding quality - commercial gym grade. Great shipping and packing. Yes they will smell a bit when new, like rubber. But it dissipates quickly over the course of a week. So happy I chose to get these, and love that they are clad in the rubber. Excellent product! As with other gym equipment, it lasts for decades. Invest and get something you will be happy using for 30 years. These are that type of product.
